The https://tickets.vinetum.gr Website has been created and is under the ownership of the company Vinetum Single Member LLC, Exhibitions Organization - Publications (hereinafter Vinetum), that has been established and is operating under Greek Law and its registered office is in the Municipality of Byrona, 41 Karea Ave., 16233, Tax Identification Number 099109670, Byronas Tax Office.

 

The main objectives of the Website are 1. The electronic issuance of tickets for events organized by Vinetum on its behalf, on behalf of third parties and for the issuance of tickets for events organized entirely by third parties and 2. Dispatch of these tickets and other information concerning them or their issuance, such as electronic codes (e.g. usernames and passwords), files to be printed (e.g. the ticket in a PDF file) etc. This Website collects contact information from those who book or buy the tickets. Vinetum does not provide this information to third parties, even if it organizes events on behalf of them or issues and makes available tickets for events organized entirely by third parties. Website https://tickets.vinetum.gr was created and exists to provide information for the aforementioned events, as well as other information regarding them (this information can also be provided through other communication channels that Vinetum owns or chooses to use on a case-by-case basis).

OBLIGATIONS AFTER TICKET ISSUANCE

 

The completion of the transaction by paying the related cost, if there is one (as in most cases), requires the availability of entry to the event concerned, for which Vinetum is committed. Cancellation of a completed transaction or refund is not provided, whether or not the purchaser attends the ticketed event. Registered tickets are not transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.

 

Anyone who buys a ticket unreservedly accepts the terms of the organized relevant event. Vinetum reserves the right to expel from any event anyone who does not comply with the event’s terms, despite the purchase of a ticket.

 

 

 

DISCLAIMER

 

Vinetum cannot guarantee and will not be held liable for any post on https://tickets.vinetum.gr by users.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

 

Cancellations or changes to completed transactions at https://tickets.vinetum.gr upon user request are not provided and are not accepted.

 

In case of cancellation of an event due to the fault of the organizing company Vinetum, if that event has been organized on its behalf, the money paid for the ticket price is returned to the credit/debit card from which this price was paid (under the laws governing the International Card Schemes) or ―in exceptional cases and upon consultation― to a bank account.

 

If Vinetum organizes an event on behalf of a third party or simply issues tickets for an event organized by a third party, the responsibility and the decision on whether or not to refund the money concerns this third party and not Vinetum.

 

Vinetum bears no responsibility in case of natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government or legal orders, national security cases, strikes or demonstrations and blockade of roads, extreme weather or geophysical phenomena, war and other related situations. These conditions constitute "force majeure", due to which if the event will be canceled without any other option, Vinetum reserves the right to act on a case-by-case basis, including the option not to refund any money for purchased tickets.
